The Hall has a regular use as a Polling Station. On 5th
June 1975 it was used in the EEC Membership Referendum. The photograph shows a

December Question
When was a kitchen first installed at the Parish Hall?
On Thursday 9th November 2017 the Parish Hall Trustees held their scheduled meeting and agreed the final plans for the heritage and kitchen refurbishment project. The kitchen refurbishment project is now planned to start in early January 2018.
One
of the local clubs that hired the Hall was the Rifle Club. Records show Mr Lane
hired the Hall for this club in 1923,1924 and 1925. The next reference to the
Rifle Club is in March 1931 when Mr Osborne hired the Hall for rifle practice.
Mr Osborne again hired the Hall in aid of the Rifle Club in 1933 and 1934. No
further reference to the Rifle Club can be found at this time.
